Delivery is available across selected areas in the city. When you select your area at checkout, the exact delivery fee and minimum order are shown before you pay. Some areas qualify for free delivery.
Most freshly-baked orders are prepared and dispatched within 45–90 minutes, depending on the item and your location. Custom and large orders may need more lead time, which is noted at checkout.
Yes. At checkout you can pick a preferred time slot for delivery or pickup, including outside of opening hours, so your order is ready exactly when you need it.
We accept Cash on Delivery and, where enabled, secure online card payments. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We can usually adjust or cancel an order before it enters preparation; once baking has started, changes may not be possible.
